Program Intention Disclaimer:
In this program, we will be discussing matters related to health, fitness, nutrition, wellbeing, relationships, scheduling, routines, productivity, leadership, public speaking, mindset, and more.
Information will be shared with you online via an online meeting application such as Zoom, via pre-recorded video, or in writing about the above topics – and we will make every best effort to provide well-researched and credible peer-reviewed sources of information.
The program is designed in such a way to help you rethink your current patterns and help you optimize your daily schedule so you can live your life with more ease – and ultimately help you accomplish the goals you’ve set out in your life. That is the intention of Ignition Protocol.
However, the program is designed in such a way that participants may or may not choose to share information about themselves that would otherwise be deemed personal. Your level of participation and sharing within the group, and to the coaches, is completely up to you.
There is, at no time, any intention to force you to do anything you are not comfortable with, and it is encouraged that you bring any concerns you have to the coaches before, during, and after the program if needed.
There are processes that are designed to help you question certain aspects of your life so that you can gain better self-awareness of yourself. The intention is simply to help you know where to make healthier changes to improve your overall quality of life – be it in your relationships, your health, your work environment, or your daily routine.
This is a personal and professional development program, and therefore, it is expected that there may be moments that help you gently move out of your comfort zone. For example, you will be asked to speak in front of the group to practice public speaking. If this kind of activity does not suit you, please do not register for this program.
We hope that this program intention disclaimer in plain English helps you get the essence of what this program is truly about – it is to help you transform your life in a way that gets you excited about your future and gives you practical tools to move forward with.
Legal, Health, Psychological & Liability Disclaimer:
Disclaimer In Plain English:

The advice is to walk 10,000 steps a day, conduct resistance training at a gym 3 days a week, and eat whole foods that have one-word ingredients. Additional information regarding nutrition supplements and other forms of exercise advice may be provided for informational purposes only. You agree to consult your healthcare professional before starting any workout or nutrition routine in case you have any medical conditions or allergies that may conflict with the information you are provided. The information you are provided will be for educational & informational purposes only.
You’re going to be discussing various aspects of your life, employment, or business – including your goals and how to achieve them. By joining the program, you are agreeing to maintain general decency and respect towards each other and the coaches.
You will be given practical tools, protocols, systems, and advice to help optimize your daily routine.
You may talk about your relationships, both past and present, and how you want to improve them.
You will be provided professional development training on conflict resolution, team development, public speaking, and other topics that are relevant to the current cohort of the program.
You will be asked probing questions that will make you think about your life so you can make changes that will bring more positive experiences.
This is a coaching program, and it is not intended to replace professional therapy or counselling. If you have deep past trauma, or diagnosed psychological conditions, and generally feel discussions about your life will be too triggering or emotional for you to process – we recommend you find a professional counsellor skilled in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) before you join a program like this.
The intention of this program is to create an understanding, safe, and mutually supportive environment for you to share your story in order to grow and learn as a person.
This program is intended to be an experience that helps you live a better life, and become a better leader for your family, business, or career.
