Anyone whoโ€™s ready to shake off the rut and get a jumpstartโ€”solo folks, couples, friend groups, even whole workplaces. Whether youโ€™re dragging through mornings or wrestling work chaos, it fits. Weโ€™ve got bulk enrollment for bigger groups tooโ€”HR folks, this oneโ€™s for your team!

Itโ€™s 10 days of getting your home life humming. Day 1 introduces you to the challenge. Day 2 is the TNS Life Grounding Protocol. Day 3 is a simple system to dial in your eating. Day 4 is gym basics. Day 5 is developing a routine you'll actually stick with. Day 6 is The Art of Home and living a life of ease. Day 7 is Focusing The Drifting Mind and taking control of your attention. Day 8 is Presence Optimization and using our Toolkit To Now to keep the peace inside. Day 9 is pushing towards what you really want. Day 10 is live launch day! Small wins that stack.

Itโ€™s your work toolkitโ€”10 days to level up. Day 1 introduces you to the challenge. Day 2 is Why You Lead and digging deep on how you show up. Day 3 is figuring out your leadership style through Myers-Briggs and other thought provoking systems. Day 4 is discovering your blind spots. Day 5 is Talk That Lands and commanding the room. Day 6 is about Cooling the Fire when handling tension & conflict. Day 7 is another leadership self-assessment focused on the Big Five Personality Traits. Day 8 is Skills of Tomorrow. Day 9 teaches you to own your impact. Day 10 is the live launch day! Practical stuff to up your work and leadership game.

On the personal side, our team are certified personal trainers & nutrition coaches. We are ISSA (International Sport Sciences Association) and NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) certified. On the professional side, our executive coach former Mayor Lee Brain is a professional facilitator by trade and runs a stakeholder relations & public engagement consulting business working with government, First Nations & major industry. He sits on the Board of Directors for the Prince Rupert Port Authority, and has 8 years in governance as Mayor overseeing a $45M budget and raised over $250M in infrastructure capital and new revenue. He has extensive experience in government relations, conflict resolution, team development, mediation, negotiation and public engagement.

In app: 10-15 minutes a day. Two 5-minute videosโ€”one personal, one workโ€”plus a quick task (like printing a daily routine plan). And a minute to log your daily win in the community. Off app: a daily walk which starts at 5K steps a day and gradually increases over the 10 daysโ€” so you'll need 30 mins to 1hr a day for some form of movement (can be broken up into different parts of the day).

Each dayโ€™s got a bite-sized move to keep you rolling. Theyโ€™re simpleโ€”like printing off a toolkit, sharing your leadership style results, going for a quick walk, etcโ€”but they build real traction. Youโ€™ll see the full list when you sign up.

Youโ€™ll go from 5K to 8 or 10K steps over 10 daysโ€”starting easy, building steady. Log it in our tracker to earn some mystery rewards at the end of the challenge. Itโ€™s less about fitness and more about shaking off that foggy, tired slumpโ€”gets you moving and clears your head.

Not to worry - we have movement alternatives for folks with mobility challenges - including low impact alternatives for daily steps. However, if you primarily use a wheelchair or are a person with a disability - we recommend you follow your own established mobility routines while still enjoying 90% of what our program has to offer and are encouraged to join and participate with us!
